Phosphate Titres is a mixture of di-ammonium phosphate and thiamine, titrated phosphates combine sulphate-free nitrogen sources with essential vitamins for the growth phase . To be used when you want to obtain a high yeast biomass, with a more limited risk of associated sulphurous deviations. The absence of sulphate reduces the possibility of sulphite production by certain yeasts.

Titrated phosphates are particularly suitable for the bubble forming phase.
