Lalvin NBC is a new burgundy isolate for varietal typicity, minerality and elegance in premium white wines and barrel fermentation to bring freshness and wood integration.
FullProtect is a blend of SYD and antioxidant gallic tannin. It is able to stabilise aroma compounds and protect juice from premature development.
Stimula Pinot Noir is a yeast autolysate rich in free amino acids, specific vitamins and minerals. It increases varietal and esters aromas and reduce reductive flavours.
