Prexa N – Infinity
Exciting New Innovation from Puleo – the Infinity System independently creates its own Nitrogen supply to allow pressing under a protected atmosphere. The nitrogen produced is managed independently by the system in order to allow inert gas cover for the pressing environment and to favor a fast and constant drainage of the musts, from the first stage of the press loading. The new INFINITY system ensures unlimited availability of new nitrogen, without any need for recirculation and storage systems.
The pressurised nitrogen that enters the pressing chamber for each cycle, in addition to providing excellent inert gas cover, increases drainage of juice compared to classic pressing systems, with excellent results in terms of yield and quality of the extracted product and also, as a byproduct of the use of the nitrogen, creates an environment with decreased temperature – significant advantages for white juice processing.
