Semi-automatic & automatic loading systems for linear neck freezers between 1500 and 3000 bottles per hour.
The semiautomatic unit is equipped with a structure helping the operator in loading two rows of bottles into the neck freezer. Has a fixed head or opening head in order to switch from staggered to aligned position, with the head equipped with suction pads in order to hold bottles.
The automatic unit is made of an arcade equipped with a moving rail from 2 axes designed to take two rows of bottles. It has automatic cage detection in order to avoid shocks during the unloading phase.
