A simple testing apparatus for measuring dissolved C02 in wine.
Just fill, shake to bring dissolved CO2 out of solution, which in turn, forces liquid up and out of the siphon. Read the amount of liquid lost and cross reference the supplied chart to calculate CO2 in mg/l.
