Bentostab

Bentonite for clarification and protein precipitation

Bentostab is a calcium bentonite for clarification and protein precipitation. Montmorillonite particles allow for good colloidal adsorption.

In vinification in white and rosé musts (during alcoholic fermentation) BENTOSTAB facilitates protein precipitation and clarification. 

In white wine clarification, BENTOSTAB enables the wine to be stabilised in terms of proteins.
