Colorprotect V

To prevent oxidation of juice and wine as well as pinking.

Colorprotect V significantly reduces oxidation phenomena. Its formulation results from a synegistic effect between bentonites, PVPP and plant proteins.

Colorprotect V is designed for all oxidation phenomena:

  • protection of juice displaying sensitivity to oxidation
  • reduction of the brown colouration in oxidised white wines
  • marked reduction in pinking phenomena 
  • maintenance of the organoleptic qualities of juice and wines, while eliminating bitterness and herbaceous  notes

Colorprotect V contains no substances listed as allergens.
