Premium Fish settles rapidly & forms very compact lees and gives very positive fining results on whites and reds and can improve wine filterability. Free from any preservative products. 500g. A high purity & microbially stable micro-granulated egg albumen product. A theoretical tannin removal rate of 2g tannin per gram of Albuclar.
